Yulia Frolova
EA, MBA, FCA
Yulia has a solid financial background and sound experience. She is deeply and desperately in love with finance and accounting since the beginning of her career.
She holds FCA qualification (ICAEW Chartered Accountant) since 2010 which is basically a UK equivalent to CPA. In 2012 she successfully obtained Postgraduate Diploma in management Program from University of California, Riverside.
Yulia holds Master’s degree in Accounting (2008) and first professional degree of Bachelor of Law (LL.B)/ Doctor of Jurisprudence (2011) and an MBA in Real Estate Management (since 2019).
She is also an Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Services.
She started her career in 2007 in EY (Ernst&Young) audit department. From 2009 to 2022 she held different managerial positions in financial departments of well-known industrial companies (metals and mining, oil extraction and refining) and was acting as Head of Reporting and Financial Control within the holding company managing investments of high net-worth individuals.
Boris Grishchenko
FCA, EA
Boris is a kind of person who was able to create a perfect synergy from his excellent linguistic talent and passion for numbers.
He holds both Master’s degree in Translation (English and Arabic) and Master’s degree in Business Administration. He also completed Postgraduate Diploma in Management program with UCR.
He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) since 2012.
Boris is enrolled to practice before the IRS (holds an EA designation).
He is a certified translator, certified Microsoft Office Specialist and certified Notary Public.
Boris has 15 years of unique multi-industry experience. He had an opportunity to work in different multinational companies: EY (Ersnt&Young), Coca-Cola, Yum Brands!, etc. He was also teaching students advanced Excel, Power Point and accounting IT technologies.
Julia Donich
Julia is an accomplished finance, accounting and international reporting professional with 15 years of experience driving strategic and operational excellence in finance in large multinational corporations across Europe and North America.
